Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your linen items in their original packaging or a sturdy alternative box to ensure they arrive safely.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
